Before You Reset

- Removed any passcodes and SIM cards
How to Reset an iPhone
Once you have the above things taken care of, you can proceed with resetting your phone. Here are the steps to do so:
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down to the General option and tap on it
- Scroll all the way to the bottom and choose Reset
- Tap on Erase All Content and Settings
- You will be prompted to enter your passcode before you confirm the process
