How to Reset an iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Scroll down to the General option and tap on it
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and choose Reset
  4. Tap on Erase All Content and Settings
  5. You will be prompted to enter your passcode before you confirm the process
  6. Confirm by tapping Erase iPhone
